1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and UE9 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs the use of ue9.bar, the ue9 mobile app, and all services provided by our platform.

Continued use of any part of the ue9 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making deposits, playing games, or claiming bonuses — means you have read and fully agreed to these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first use the platform until your account is officially closed.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the ue9 platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not subject to any local or international legal prohibition that restricts participation in online gaming activities.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Never been closed or banned from the ue9 platform previously due to a Terms violation.

UE9 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed while the verification process is underway.

3 Registration & Account

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of existing balances.

Member Responsibilities Regarding the Account

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or any other party who gains access to your account.
• You must notify ue9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False information may result in account closure without a refund.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory to verify a member's identity before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically required include a valid national ID or passport, and in some cases, a recent bank statement. All information collected is subject to the ue9 Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

UE9 offers a variety of payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and protected with end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Limits and Process

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit for regular members; limits may vary for new accounts before KYC is completed.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• All deposits must come from an account or digital wallet held in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Process & Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
• Approved withdrawals will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes for digital wallet methods, and up to 2 hours for bank transfers.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• UE9 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within a 24-hour period.
• Withdrawal funds will be transferred to the same account used for the deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by ue9 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms also apply to all bonus types:

• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is allowed.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• UE9 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being misused or exploited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account closure and freezing of funds.
• The bonus validity period is as stated in each promotional offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the ue9 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited by accredited independent parties. This ensures every spin, every card, and every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including ue9 itself.

• Game results displayed on screen are final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, any unresolved bets will be settled based on valid server records.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or scripts to play is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and freezing of all funds.
• Demo mode games are free and require no deposit; winnings in demo mode cannot be converted to real money.

7 Player Responsibilities

UE9 genuinely cares about the well-being of our members. As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, every member is reminded to:

• Setting personal deposit, wagering, and loss limits in your account settings.
• Using the cooling-off feature if you feel gaming is starting to have a negative impact on your daily life.
• Play for entertainment purposes only and do not treat gaming as a primary source of income.
• Not playing under stress, emotional instability, or the influence of alcohol.
• Contacting ue9 customer support if you need assistance or information about problem gambling resources.

8 Account Closure & Restrictions

UE9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account, with or without prior notice, if any of the following occurs or is suspected to have occurred:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicious activity.
• Use of funds derived from illegal sources or money laundering activities.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Use of unauthorized software or techniques that compromise the integrity of the games.

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons not involving a breach of Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete. However, if the closure is due to a Terms violation, ue9 reserves the right to freeze the balance pending further investigation.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, UE9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from game results that are not in your favor.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as network issues, third-party server outages, or natural disasters.
• Data loss resulting from device or software failure on the member's end.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

10 Terms Amendment

UE9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. We will endeavour to inform members of important changes via in-account notifications or their registered email.

Continued use of the ue9 platform after any changes to the Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
